We source fresh protein from local suppliers — no frozen inputs, no imported raw material. Quality starts at the source, and ours starts close to home.
Every product is cleaned and prepared at our own facility. Fish are cleaned and cut. Meats are trimmed and seasoned. Consistent every time — no outsourcing, no variation.
Dried low and slow over hardwood until moisture drops below 7%. No liquid smoke. No shortcuts. The drying itself is the preservation — no preservatives of any kind needed or added.
Each unit is vacuum-sealed immediately after packing to lock in flavor and protect against moisture in transit. Done in our facility — not handed off to a co-packer.
